Tasks
|
- Leading and supporting global new product
innovations incl. core upgrades as well as NPIs
across EMEA, Mexico & Central America, and
South America regions.
- For the respective innovations develop
launch toolkits incl. product concepts, product
claims and relevant legal substantiation, price
positioning, graphics design &
communication assets together with the
communications team.
- Develop and gain approval for the project
business case at each relevant stage within the
innovation funnel.
- Initiating appropriate market research
together with the consumer insights team
- Running competitive tracking and deep
consumer insights knowledge consolidation
- Setting up global NPI performance tracking
and best practice sharing across the regions.
- Driving the Product Safety and Transparency
campaign across Essity categories and regions.
- Working both independently as well as
collaboratively in cross-functional teams
together with technical innovation manager, the
communications and brand teams, local marketing
teams, consumer insights, R&D etc.
