Role Initially, I started as Senior Brand Manager for Voltaren Systemics/Topical, progressing to take on additional responsibilities as Expert Manager and Innovation Manager.

Tasks

Project Lead Senior Brand Manager:

  • Analyzing market and competitive data, building and execution of annual brand plans with full budget responsibility.
  • Portfolio Management.
  • Digital activation of Voltaren Healthy Workout Program during COVID (https://www.healthy-workout.de/).
  • Voltaren Systemics: Repositioning of Systemics with a new ATL coms driving performance to strong market shares.
  • Voltaren Topics: Adaptation of functional ATL coms on core segment with new cap (one-click-cap only) into all communication channels – offline and online.

Project Lead Expert Manager:

  • Creating an Expert activation with full PA strategy development and asset development via translating medical content into target group-oriented PR articles.
  • Conception and implementation of training courses for HCPs.

Project Lead Innovation Manager

  • Assessment of systemic Paracetamol opportunity during COVID.
  • Voltaflex reactivation business case.
  • Project Lead digital innovation for chronic sufferers.
Key Achievement Development of the marketing strategy and campaign concept for Voltaren Dolo which resulted in a significant increase in market share.
