  • Analyzing market and competitive data. Conducting U&A study to understand the SWE supplement market.
  • Strategic responsibility and cross-functional team lead (NPI-Team, Regulatory, Medical, KAMs, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing).
  • Strategic brand positioning of the Centrum Brand and development of a range of potential concepts derived from the medical strategy. Conducting a concept test to identify the winning concepts with strongest claims and consumer appeal.
  • Set up of Centrum business plan including customer strategy and presented it to board.
  • Kick-off launch preparation incl. set up website centrumvitaminer.se.
  • Developed 10 SKUs up to launch readiness with third party suppliers or Haleon companies.
  • Developed annual brand plan and customer strategy with strong focus on pharmacies, grocery, and online.
  • Conception and implementation of training courses for internal and external (pharmacies).
  • Sampling strategy to increase Centrum gummy reco rate with A-pharmacies.
  • Handover of launch project to local brand management.
